Project Manager

part-time - 8 Hours per week - Remote work

We are a cosmetics company creating Wellness Brands of the Future for our clients. Our private label department is expanding and we are looking for a Project Manager to take care of all aspects of Private Label production projects.

This involves:

- Create process as you go

- Order packaging samples online to send to the customer for approval

- Buy in packaging supplies for a project

- Communicate with production department about timing

- Keep inventory sheet updated with incoming ingredients, packaging and labels

- Schedule production time with Production department

- Schedule transport of finished products to the customer with Logistics department

- Communicate with Testing agency about needed testing for each project
